I came across the news of SEC delaying its decision on whether to approve five bitcoin-related exchange-traded funds (ETFs) until September. It has come as a surprise to many, but not those who have followed the SEC closely. On the face of it, SEC has looked unprepared and unable to take firm decisions. The reality, however, is far from it.
